4Rest-Orto shoes are manufactured at a factory in Turkey. Cushions and massage mats are produced in Ukraine. Insoles and orthoses are also made in Turkey.

If you discover an irreparable factory defect after receiving the goods, please notify us via email, making sure to attach clear photos of the defective item. After consulting with a manager, a decision will be made regarding a refund or replacement of the defective product (no later than 10 days from the date of receiving the return).

We provide a warranty on every pair of shoes in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection." The warranty period is set from the date of sale to the end consumer and is 30 days. If defects are found within the warranty period, the consumer has the right to request:

• A proportional price reduction;
• Free repair of the defects within a reasonable period;
• Reimbursement for the cost of defect repairs.

For returns, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must show no signs of use;
• Packaging, inserts, and annotations must be preserved;
• Proof of purchase from us is required.

You can request delivery within the city by the "Nova Poshta" service, or pick up your order yourself from our office at 14 Ivana ta Yurii Lyp Street, Odesa (formerly Haidara Street).

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" transportation company

You can order 10 units of any product, any size, and model, with a minimum order amount of 3000 UAH.
