You can adjust the intensity, speed of the exercises and the number of fingers involved. The set includes a glove for the second hand, which can be used to control the compression/decompression of the trained hand.

Indications:
- Rheumatic diseases, joint dystrophy, inflammation.

- Problems with blood circulation, the problem of “cold hands”, numbness, loss of sensitivity of the fingers.
To begin the exercise, you need to put on a training glove on your hand, insert the hose into the system unit, press the power button on the system unit. After this, air is supplied through the hose into the glove, thereby forcing the fingers to contract, then the air is pumped out and the fingers unclench.
You can use the “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the intensity of the exercises. There is also a button to pause/start the workout.
Each “finger” of the glove has a toggle switch that can be used to shut off the air supply to certain fingers, leaving them at rest.
