Instructions for use:

1. Installation: Place the exercise machine on a flat surface. Make sure it is stable and does not slip.
2. Adjusting the resistance: Use the adjustment knob on the front of the trainer to change the resistance of the pedals to suit your preferences.
3. Starting the workout: Stand on the pedals and begin to move with smooth, even steps, simulating walking or running.
4. Ending the workout: Slowly reduce the speed of movement, then carefully dismount from the pedals.
