The sandals are very light. There are two neoprene inserts - in the area of the big toe bone and on the little toe side. There is an elastic insert on the instep. The insole is removable and is conveniently attached to the sole with two Velcro fasteners. The base of the insole is soft but elastic polyurethane foam, the top layer is natural suede. You can also replace it with a custom insole.
