The mat consists of 6 modules that connect to each other according to the type of puzzles. It is made of environmentally friendly, hypoallergenic material that effectively dampens the shock load. Massage elements of different shapes are optimal for training the muscles of the foot.

Care
Sanitary treatment of the product is carried out with liquid detergents. After processing, the product is wiped, dried away from heating devices and sunlight. It is forbidden to use abrasive cleaning products

- trophic changes of the foot, including trophic ulcers
- instability of the ankle joint, purulent and inflammatory skin diseases
The massage mat is made of hygienic, hypoallergenic PVC-based material.

- Walking on the mat back and forth (30-40 seconds).
- The starting position is standing, rising on tiptoes (7-9 times).
- Standing position, rolling from heel to toe (30-40 seconds).
- Cross-step walking on the mat (30-40 seconds).
- Walking on the inside of the foot (30-40 seconds).
- Walking on the outside of the foot (30-40 seconds).
- Walking on tiptoes (30-60 seconds).
- Squats with an emphasis on the whole foot, without lifting the heel from the mat (7-9 times).
- Standing, keeping balance on one leg, then on the other (20-30 seconds).
- Jumping from element to element (7-9 times).
- Jumping on one leg, then on the other (6-8 times).
- Half-sitting position, walking on the mat (20-30 seconds).
