This is a rotating puzzle that allows you to create wavy paths, circles, patterns from ordinary square puzzles. In this way, you can create routes around furniture, corners, save space in the room, and most importantly - stimulate children's imagination and interest in activities on the mats.

What can a massage mat do:

- Walking on the inner side of the foot (30-40 seconds).
- Walking on the outer side of the foot (30-40 seconds).
- Walking on toes (30-60 seconds).
- Squats with emphasis on the entire foot, without lifting the heels off the mat (7-9 times).
- Standing, maintaining balance on one, then on the other leg (20-30 seconds).
- Jumping from element to element (7-9 times).
- Jumping on one leg, then on the other (6-8 times).
- Half-sitting position, walking on the mat (20-30 seconds).
